Grace Eu

Grace spent the first half of her career in external audit with work experiences in Deloitte, PwC and Ernst & Young. In a life-changing moment, she purposefully switched directions in her career to be part of the aid, development and care sectors. Prior to joining the disability industry, she worked on a global campaign with World Vision. Grace has worked in a variety of roles in the disability sector, climbing the ranks from a disability support worker to senior leadership positions which provides her with the insight and first-hand knowledge of the ins and outs of service delivery.

Grace is a strong operator and believer of compassionate and cross-silo leadership, inspiring and empowering others to go above and beyond. She is a strong advocate for a person-centred approach, in trying to understand the experience of others and honouring the uniqueness of the people we meet in a genuine way.

Grace is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Member of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and a Member of Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). 

Raiza Lu

Raiza is a dedicated professional with a decade of experience in the disability sector, coupled with a strong background in Accounting and Business Analytics. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills, particularly in the areas of Community Access and Supported Independent Living services, as well as Workforce Planning.

What truly sets Raiza apart is her unwavering commitment to empowering individuals and helping them achieve their goals. Her compassionate nature and genuine desire to support others in living their best lives serve as the driving force behind her work. Raiza firmly believes in creating a community that is safe, accessible, and abundant with opportunities for people with disabilities, free from judgment and stigma.

With her unique blend of expertise in the disability sector and strong business acumen, Raiza is well-equipped to drive impactful change and create a lasting impact. Through her work, she aims to inspire others to embrace diversity and inclusion, ultimately shaping a more equitable society for all.

Emily Pavone

Emily is a passionate advocate and a firm believer in empowering individuals to live and lead their best lives. With a wealth of experience and a heart dedicated to making a difference, Emily's journey in the field of disability services has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a drive for positive change. Emily's career began in the early stages, where she honed her skills in operational management within Supported Independent Living and Community Programs.

In recent years, Emily has taken her expertise to the next level by specialising in project management and collaboration with stakeholders. Her focus has been on navigating the intricate landscape of funding requirements, optimising Rosters of Care, developing comprehensive service agreements, and seamlessly integrating systems. Emily's ability to review, recover, and refine processes and service delivery has resulted in transformative outcomes for both individuals and organisations.

Emily's unwavering dedication to achieving better outcomes for people, coupled with her genuine kindness, forms the cornerstone of her approach. Emily is committed to helping individuals and organisations harness their potential and create meaningful positive change.
